Strong straight spine is essential for our health. So check out these healthy hacks. They’ll help you get the perfect posture.
My favorite one – Japanese method. Stand up straight, legs and shoulders width apart. Lift your arms up past your sides so that your hands touch each other. IMPORTANT – arms should be straight. Turn your hands so that the back sides face each other. Now turn them back. Repeat this movement 10 times.
Your posture will improve after the first session already.
Here’s a way to correct your posture in 10 seconds.
Stand against the wall. Inhale and exhale deeply several times.
Arms at your sides. Lean forward for 10 seconds. Starting position.
Sit on the edge of your chair. Bend backwards for 10 seconds. Starting position.
Hands behind your head. Turn to the left. After 5 seconds turn to the right.
Lock your arms. Pull your top arm upwards for 5 seconds. Change arms.
Straighten out your back. Try to join your hands together for about 10 seconds. Relax.
Here’s why you need to take care of your posture:
When you slouch, the vertebrae crush the nerve endings. The pressure on your internal organs increases. The muscles of the abdomen stop working. The work of the heart is disrupted.
In future this risks with:
– deformation of the spine
– infridgement of the limbs’ mobility
– displacement and distortion of internal organs
– in old age it can lead to a hunch
To make sure this doesn’t happen to you, strengthen your spinal and abdominal muscles and SIT UP STRAIGHT! 😉
